My name is Mo Al-Gailani, and I am the founder of Hykaya. I bring over 10,000 hours of experience to the art of storytelling.

I am a father of two and have built a wonderful community of tabletop gaming in Auckland, New Zealand, called Dice Goblin.

Before embarking on this journey, I worked with and led teams, often inspiring them to work twice as hard as my competitors. The magic lies in the bonds we share, this bond got them invested in making sure we all succeed as a unit and not just for individual gains.

By fostering a team that trusted and liked each other and relied on one another, we created a powerhouse team that not only wanted to be there but also wanted to succeed and see the company thrive.

With my newfound passion and skill, I help teams navigate the trenches of uncertainty and forge bonds strong enough to withstand any stress applied to them.
